What is a workflow?
In nSignHub, a workflow is a document approval process that the Document Owner sets up.
In a simple workflow, the Document Owner begins by uploading the documents that need to be reviewed and signed. Next, they add the recipients, decide the order in which each person should sign, and place the signature fields where needed. Once everything is set, the workflow is ready to be sent and nSignHub takes care of the rest.

Each workflow can contain one or several documents and signers.
nSignHub Lite Plans purchased via netrust.net allow each user to send 80 workflows every year.
nSignHub Standard and Accredited Plans purchased via netrust.net allow each user to send an unlimited number of workflows to recipients every year.
All plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy as defined in nSignHub’s Terms of Service.
What makes nSignHub special?

nSignHub allows you to mix electronic signatures and digital signatures including Singpass in one same document, offering you and your signers great flexibility.
Furthermore, Netrust is an IMDA-accredited CA hence digital signatures generated with our nSignBasic document signing certificates (individual), which are supported by nSignHub, qualify as Secure Electronic Signatures (SES) under Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act. These signatures have legal presumption in Singapore’s court of law.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
